My 12 year old daughter and I see Jeff almost regularly (as regular as our schedule allows) for the 30 minutes stretch session. My daughter does a lot of tumbling and grew very fast so her muscles are having a hard time catching up with her growth. The stretching sessions help her do tumbling better. I am a very active and athletic person that tends to overdo it sometimes. Jeff has helped me stretch my hip flexors and it releases my tightness in the low back. The cupping work that he does, is very helpful as well! He’s very professional and knowledgeable.

Jeff has been my massage therapist for the past 4 years. I originally went to Jeff because of his strong focus on athletes and that he came highly recommended for his deep tissue skills. Through the years, he has successfully proven those skills and more! Jeff is extremely attentive to understanding my concerns and lends his practice to making sure I walk away from my massage feeling better than when I went in. Because he is also an instructor, he is very knowledgeable not only on massage but also on physiology and can really help dissect your issues and find a resolution. His approach is customized to my issues and I especially like how creative he is in his massage style. I would highly recommend him to athletes who want an attentive massage therapist that will help get to the root cause of their issues.

As a chiropractor, I have worked with many Massage Therapists both for myself and my patients and Jeff Poncar is without a doubt, one of the best I have ever encountered. His skill and knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is top notch and is reflect by the fact he is not just a practitioner but also an instructor of massage therapy. In practice he is amazingly attentive to his clients needs and works diligently to help them achieve the results they desire, whether it be simple relation or more complex muscle imbalance issues.
I have personally utilized his and most recently he came to my aide after I tore a hamstring. He was able to release the muscles and speed up my recover time. I was able to far exceed the normal healing time for getting back on my feet and back to practice in my own office with his aide. One of the great things about Jeff is he has also integrated sports/kinesio taping into his practice which is amazing for supporting tissues through the recovery process and allows the patient have less pain and inflammation issues between treatments. Don’t let the term Sports taping throw you either, this isn’t just for high performance athletes. I have used this technique in my own practice for several years now, helping people with issues from the acute injury to the chronic nagging conditions that can zap your energy and add stress to your daily life.
When anyone asks me for a referral for Massage Therapy, Jeff is the one I send them to see.

I’m not an athlete, but just an old guy (73) who loves to windsurf and snowboard and be able to go for bike rides, hikes or other physical activities when friends extend the invitation. I have been getting deep tissue massages from Jeff for at least 5 years, and I really appreciate his expertise in sports massage. Because of his teaching experience, I know that he’s current on the latest physiology and massage techniques, and because he works on elite athletes, I know that I’m getting the same techniques and therapy that these “pros” get. Each session always improves my range of motion and muscle discomfort and helps me continue doing what I do. I’m hooked.

Jeff has the unique talent to get deep into trouble areas and to have a lighter touch all within the same session. He has an amazing understanding of the muscular skeletal system that he uses to maximum advantage to deliver an amazing massage time and again. I have had many massage therapists over the years and Jeff really stands out as a true healer. He also has great listening skills and always responds with the perfect massage. If you live in Aurora, you have to give Jeff a try - you won’t regret it!

Jeff has been my massage therapist for over 7 years now. I first went to see him because I was having bad headaches; after two sessions they were gone. I also had knee pain due to my hips being uneven, which I had been seeing a chiropractor for, but with no consistent fix. Jeff worked on my lower back muscles and leg muscles and then knee pain went away. Between my current desk job where I'm sitting and typing away all day and my part-time horse trimming hobby I'm pretty hard on my body. If it weren't for Jeff's massage therapy I know I wouldn't be able to do what I am doing. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a therapeutic massage!

Jeff is an amazing massage therapist. He is more about the body's health then a pampering massage. I pinched a nerve yesterday and he worked wonders this morning through a very purposeful massage and stretching! I feel much better!

I am a retired massage therapist and I do not go to just anyone. I do not do fluffy. I need a therapist that knows what he/she/they is doing and the most effective way to allow my body to release. Jeff is that therapist! He also teaches his craft. He knows what he is doing. He significantly helped me after I had shoulder surgery, but is also just as remarkable after I have had a long run. I highly recommend getting a massage from Jeff!

Very nice office. Jeff was professional and very good at working my shoulder. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage. Been other places where they seem to not be interested in actually helping.

I have been getting massages for years. I realized after my massage with Jeff that I finally received a real massage....every massage before this was basic......Jeff was skilled and knowledgeable about the human body and how to work with it.....amazing!

I'm training for a marathon and have been experiencing knee and calf pain which is why I made an appointment. When we were done my legs felt like totally new legs and both my knee and calf pain were gone. I left with a recommendation to go get a gait assessment from a running store and sure enough, I pronate. Purchased new shoes last night which will hopefully reduce the chances of my knee and calf pain returning. The massage room lights were low, the temperature was comfortable, and the music selection was nice. 10/10 experience!
